The funding crisis is now over! :) Thankfully the site did not go down as was expected. We were able to rearrange certain things and now have everything running smoothly again.

WARNING: THE SITE MAY GO DOWN
Near the end of this month, the site may be down for a while due to lack of funds to keep it going. We will do our best to avoid such occurance. If necessary, we may temporarily switch webhosts until it can be fixed (that's the worst case scenario though.) Unfortunately, we're all college students. College students on a very tight budget wherein we must make the hard choice of rent and gas or rent and food, or food and gas but no rent, etc. Again, we will do our best to keep the site from going down, but if it does, it WILL BE BACK. Sorry for any future inconvenience.

March Update
Wow, has it really been that long since the last update???
Our sincerist apologies. There is no excuse for that.
But, we shall try anyway.
It has been hard trying to get everything together. The switch-over of the store is still unfinished, due to scheduling difficulties with the entire staff, as well as divided attention among their lives, schools, work, and various ongoing projects outside of M-D.Net.
Not much of an excuse, but it's something at least to explain the time lost.
NEW!!!! In other, more important news, new things are being added! Specifically, in the realm of fanfics.
A new Doctor Who/Torchwood themed addition to the TDK-H fanfics page of the Repository. The Secret Diaries of Torchwood Archive Personel. A completely Fictional Semi-Biographical series of writings, put into the form of diary-like entries by the characters in the author's personal Fanfic version of the Whoniverse. A link to this will follow shortly (Z is currently in the middle of coding the pages, at least 3 of them, as this post is being written). The Secret Diaries were created as an attempt at mini-character studies to try and get back into the writing groove for the Time Lords Plural and the Ripple Effect projects that have fallen flat and untouched since last year. Hopefully, these will have kicked the author back into gear.

Last Update of 2008 - December
STORE/SITE NEWS: in her [in]finite wisdom, Z has decided to use DeviantArt to host her work and offer prints, rather than our former arrangement with the Lulu store. You can check out her work by following this link: http://the-lady-harkness.deviantart.com . We are still looking for a good, reputable publisher for the novels. Currently, we are looking at Cafe Press and WordClay.

December Update
Store News: Due to some technical difficulties with our publishing service, we are no longer going to be using Lulu.Com. We are switching to CafePress.com. This change will NOT be immediate, however, the store will no longer be accessable until the re-launch on CafePress. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Site News: The new template is in the Beta stage. We're waiting for our testers to finish up and let us know what they think. It should be up and public in February.

Final November Update for 2008
This is the final update for November this year. Just a few minor announcements.
MAIN SITE: Starting at 7PM EST portions of the site may be down due to maintenence. We are working on a new, original template for the main page as well as updating the Original Fiction archive as well as the Fanfiction Repository with new/unearthed old content that did not make it to the original transfer. Please be patient and we will return to normal status when we decide what normal really is.
STORE: The new template for the store looks awsome. Check it out. Due to the maintenence (which our 2 main staff are working on) there will possibly be no new content until Mid-Late December. We apologize for the inconvenience and again, will be getting back to normal status when we figure out what normal for us truly is.
